Gemini Massage requires 24-hour notice or more to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  If the client cancels with-in less than 24-hours, there will be a charge of HALF the treatment’s cost.  For NO-CALL-NO SHOW appointments, the client will be charged the FULL price of the treatment.  These charges will include tax.

When booking through Square, a CC is required to hold the appointment, protecting the therapist from late cancelations and NO-CALL-NO-SHOW appointments.  If a client cancels late or NO-CALL-NO-SHOW’s (and their appointment was not prepaid/held with a CC) Gemini Massage will call immediately to take a CC or Venmo payment over the phone.  If unreachable directly, a text or email will be sent.  If the fee is not paid within 48 hours of cancelled or missed appointment, the client will not be allowed to book with us again. Exceptions to this policy will be made for extreme weather and unsafe driving conditions.

For a client’s first session we ask they arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.  There is open parking available in the front and back parking lots.  If the door is locked, it is because the chiro clinic is closed.  Clients can ring the doorbell and the therapist will open the door for you.  We ask if you are going to be late, please notify us in advance by call text, or square messaging.

Clients are required to schedule an appointment to be seen for a treatment.  We do not take walk-ins.  On-line scheduling requires 12-hour notice to book an appointment.  If you are wanting a same-day or last-minute appointment, please call us directly and I will do my best to accommodate.  It is helpful to us to book out appointments with at least 48-hour notice.

Gemini Massage services female clientele only.  If you are a current female client, and you would like to refer a male client, this may be done with therapist approval.  If you are new a new male client and book online, once your appointment is viewed by staff it will be immediately canceled UNLESS you are an approved referral OR you are a regular/returning male client.  Please contact us directly is you’re unsure of your status.

If you are a male and wanting to book an appointment for a friend or family member, please specify in the “notes” section at the end of the online booking process.

New clients are required to book an appointment online or over the phone with a debit or credit card.

We offer punch cards for return-clients that book at least once every 4 weeks.  Clients must schedule the same duration of treatments for as many sessions as required until you redeem a 10% discount.  For 60-minute and 75-minute treatments, clients earn a discount after 10 sessions.  For 90-minute treatments clients earn a discount after 6 appointments.  The 10% discount MUST be redeemed with in the following month of your latest treatment.  If you do not schedule your discounted session within 30 days of your 6th or 10th monthly session, it is forfeited.  Once you’ve redeemed your discount, you start over with a blank punch card for the following session.

The punch cards are kept on file with your paperwork.  Punch cards are not cash redeemable, non-transferable, and expire after a 30-day lapse in scheduling from your most previous session.

Gemini Massage offers (e)gift cards in custom amounts.  The best way to purchase a gift card is online by clicking the “Gift Cards” tab OR over the phone with a debit/credit card.  We will create a profile for the person who will be using the gift card and note their file with the treatment or amount that was gifted to them.  A receipt via text or email is sent to purchaser at time of purchase.  The person has one year to redeem their gift card purchase.

We also offer physical gift cards in which the same procedure applies, and purchaser is still sent a receipt.  The person the gift card is purchased for must bring the tangible gift card with them to their session.  Physical gift cards also expire after one calendar year of purchase date.

Refer-a-friend-get-10.  Refer a friend or family member and receive 10% off your next massage (at-least 60-minutes in duration or more).  It is up to the person making the referral to let the massage therapist know who they are referring.  The 10% discount will be initiated after their referral has paid for their session.  The person being referred can receive any of our available treatment times.  The 10% discount will expire 60 days after the referral’s purchase date.
